The packages

Three routes, three paces

How it works

From “maybe” to a real plan in three steps

No account, no card details, no automated quote. Just a short conversation before you commit to anything.

Tell us the shape of it

Fill in the form and the five quick travel-style questions. It takes about two minutes, and nothing is booked or charged.

We reply like a person

Within one working day you get a written quote with a day-by-day plan, the hotel areas we would use and the total for your group.

You decide, no pressure

Happy with it? We hold the rooms and walk you through the deposit and cancellation terms. Not right? Tell us and we will rework it.

Read the questions people ask first

Who you are planning with

A small team, not a booking engine

“We would rather tell you a city is wrong for your dates than sell you a trip you will not enjoy. That is the whole idea behind this page.”

— The Advanture Mate planning team

A named route, not a mystery

You see the hotel areas, transfer times and what each day actually costs before you commit a single dollar.

Honest about what we do not do

We do not sell international flights, visas or insurance. We point you to the official sources instead of pretending we handle everything.

Small enough to answer

Your form reaches the same team that writes our travel journal. No ticket numbers, no chatbot loops, no call-centre scripts.

Before you book

Questions we get every week

If yours is not here, ask it in the form — we answer those too.

Are these prices per person?

Yes. Every price on this page is a starting price per person, based on two people sharing a room. It covers the hotels, transport and experiences listed in that package. International flights, visas, travel insurance and personal spending are not included.

Do I pay anything now?

No. The form is a request, not a booking, and we never ask for card details on this page. We reply with a written quote and you decide after you have read it.

Do you book international flights?

We plan the US portion of the trip and can suggest flight routes and arrival times. International flights are booked by you directly with the airline or your preferred agent.

Can I change the itinerary?

Yes. The three packages are starting points. Extra nights, a different city order, accessible rooms or a private guide can usually be arranged, and the change is priced before anything is confirmed.

What happens after I submit the form?

Your request goes to our small planning team. A person replies within one working day, Monday to Saturday, with availability, a firm price and a draft day-by-day plan.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation terms depend on the hotels and suppliers in your quote, and they are written into the quote before you pay. Our general terms are on the Terms & Conditions page.

Can you help with visas?

We are travel planners, not immigration advisers. We can point you to the official US visa and ESTA pages, but the application and its outcome are your responsibility.

Your details
A little about your travel style

Five quick questions — they help us match the right route and pace. There are no wrong answers.

1. Where have you travelled before?

2. What kind of trip do you enjoy?

3. Age group

4. How do you like to travel between cities?

5. Who is coming with you?

No payment now. Sending this form does not book anything — it starts a conversation.
